Do you love your South Bend Lathe Heavy10, but hate the noise that the gear train makes? You are not alone. Originally made for my own Heavy10, over a decade ago, designed specifically to run more smoothly than the OEM gears in place, and designed with a bearing installation that helps to quiet them down. And they work very well.

Over the years, people learned about them and asked where they could get them. It had not occurred to me until a few years ago that other people might want them for their own machines. Once word got out, we can’t seem to keep them in stock.
Professionally made Gears, manufactured of Hardened and Tempered Steel, Turned, Bored, Honed, and Hobbed. NOT MILLED. NOT 3D PRINTED. ( Sold in pairs )
